2026 Pricing

Surveys are subject to change at CPQA-AQCP discretion due to resource limitations. If this situation arises, you will not be billed as invoicing occurs after surveys have been distributed at the end of the calendar year.

A general registration & administration fee of $300 will be charged annually to all participants in addition to any subscription fees. Pricing is in CAD for individual program subscriptions listed in the table below.

New participants must register online by completing a new lab registration form.

Current participants can submit subscription renewals online here. If edits to your subscription are required later in the year, you can submit a request to update them here (link disabled for now).

Upon submission of your 2026 subscription(s), the online form will be manually processed and an estimate will be issued to the primary contact. Billing for any subscribed proficiency testing surveys during the calendar year (January to December) PLUS applicable taxes will be performed in January of the following year after all surveys have been completed. Please DO NOT provide payment until an invoice is received from the CPQA-AQCP to ensure correctness.
