2025 Pricing

Surveys are subject to change at CPQA-AQCP discretion due to resource limitations. If this situation arises, you will not be billed as invoicing occurs after surveys have been distributed at the end of the calendar year.

To enroll in the CPQA-AQCP, a general registration & administration fee of $300* will be charged annually to all participants and is due at the time of subscription submission. Pricing in CAD for individual program subscriptions can be found in the table below.

New participants must register online by completing a new lab registration form.

Current participants can submit subscription renewals online here. If edits to your subscription are required later in the year, you can submit a request to update them here (link disabled for now).

The annual $300 general registration & administration fee will be due upon submission of your 2025 subscriptions. You will be given the option to pay by credit card or receive an invoice once your subscriptions are manually processed by the CPQA-AQCP. Billing for any subscribed proficiency testing surveys during the calendar year (January to December) PLUS applicable taxes will be performed in January of the following year after all surveys have been completed. Please DO NOT provide payment until an invoice is received from the CPQA-AQCP to ensure correctness.
