2024 Pricing

Challenges are subject to change at CPQA-AQCP discretion due to resource limitations. If this situation arises, you will not be billed as invoicing occurs after challenges have been distributed at the end of the calendar year.

To enroll in the CPQA-AQCP, a general registration & administration fee of $300* will be charged annually to all participants. Pricing in CAD for individual program subscriptions can be found in the table below.

New participants must register online by completing a new lab registration form.

Current participants can submit subscription renewals online here. If edits to your subscription are required later in the year, you can submit a request to update them here.

The invoice total will reflect the annual $300 general registration & administration fee PLUS the cost for a full year subscription (January to December of that year) to any proficiency testing surveys that have been subscribed to, as well as applicable taxes. Billing will be performed upon completion of the subscription year in the following year after all subscriptions have been distributed. A PO number will be requested during subscription submission. Please DO NOT provide payment until an invoice is received from the CPQA-AQCP to ensure correctness.
